In order for the exchange to be completed successfully, please make sure that you have done everything correctly:
1. Check if the funds have been debited from your account. If we do not detect the transfer of funds from you, the application will be deleted.
2. If you make a payment later than 15 minutes later, your application automatically falls into the cancelled category.
3. Check that your transfer details (wallet or card) are filled in correctly. If you made a mistake and the data is incorrect, your application will receive the status "Error", after which you will receive an email with the reason. If the funds on your application were sent to incorrect banking details, a refund is not possible. We recommend that you carefully check the correctness of the data you provide.
4. If your reason is not one of the above, then you can write to us by email, in the chat on our website, which is located in the lower right corner or in telegram. We will do our best to help you.
